DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. 4 to 7 drops for aromatic baths, both general and sitting, and about 3 to 4 drops for foot baths;
2. 2 to 4 drops for scenting the air in a bath or sauna;
3. 3 to 7 drops for massages or massages diluted in 10 ml of base;
4. 15 to 20 drops of chamomile oil mixed with a double dose of wheatgerm, St. John's wort, or black cumin oil for warm compresses or applications;
