Brownie cheesecake with berries

Ingredients:

For the brownies:

- 225g butter

- 4 chicken egg

- 180 g sugar

- 120 g flour

- cocoa powder 60 g

- salt 1/2 tsp.

For the cheesecake:

- 225 gr cream cheese

- 50 g sugar

- flour 3 tbsp

- 1 chicken egg

- berries (raspberries/cherries) 200 gr

- Step 1

Whisk eggs with sugar to form a stiff and fluffy foam.

- Step 2

Pour in melted, cooled butter and stir to combine.

- Step 3

Sift in the flour. Mix it with the cocoa and salt.

Stir gently from bottom to top.

- Step 4.

For the cheesecake, mix together the sugar, cream cheese, egg and flour.

- Step 5.

Spread 3/4 of the brownie batter evenly in the mold.

- Step 6.

Place a layer of cheesecake on top.

- Step 7.

Place the rest of the brownies on top of the cheesecake.

- Step 8

Place the berries on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°.
